Hello from Ostfriesland, Germany, I guess: John (Americanized from Johann or Jan) Lueken (Genitive of the East Frisian given name "Lüke or Lueke" as a patrony Garrelts (also a patronym, after the given name Garrelt).
Jürgen is correct about the origin of the name--the person who signed this registration was of Ostfriesen heritage, although he was born in the US. This gentleman in the illustration used John Lucken Garrelts.
