  4. This looks like the same James Tinsley that signed his wife, Susaner/Susannah's name in 1824, only this time he signed with an alternate spelling of Tinsly.

  5. The seal with a circle around it indicates that the signature was notarized by an officer of the court or an individual attesting to something. The name appears to be James Tinsly or Ginsly.

  6. James Tinsly is the actual name. Obviously he didn't write the "seal" part as watercatt9 indicated.

    It is the same person from the earlier post (James Tinsley). Does make a good point about spelling of names.
