Payton Rhumsley (The first letter of the first name looks like a P because is isn't closed and seems to have "stick" to it.) The second letter of the first name could be a u but i believe the writer possibly didn't close the "a"
Thomas Hamlett's a shoe-in. The other name???? Maybe a "F" to begin with (omitting the first curlie-que)? Maybe Feyton R. Gurnsley? This guy's name is a puzzlement!
I'm thinking that the "R" could be the middle intial and the signer went right into the surname writing the capital "G" in such a way as it looks like a lower case "g". I don't think the third letter in the first name is a "y" because it looks different than the "y" on the end of the surname.
How about Dufton Rhumsley and Thomas Hamlett? Or maybe Duston Rhumsley? This one's tricky.
