    I obviously don't know where in Nebraska this application was made or exactly when. However in an 1890-91 Gazetteer for Cheyenne county in Nebraska there is a Business Directory and farmers list.
    Listed in the town of Sidney is a U.S. Land Receiver by the name of Mark M. Neeves.
    Just a coincidence ??
