Where Were Those Notices Sent?

Four notices regarding the attempt to probate a will in Illinois were sent to these towns in 1900. What were they? Try reading them without referring to a map if possible. I realize that a person SHOULD do that, but I'm curious how these get read "cold." Some are easy.
