I think Fecht, Viola O.(The name Jacob Fecht at the top of the page gave me my clue!)
Viola Fechtis it.That mark after her first name is not an initial. It is the mark used in 1940 to indicate that she provided the answers to the enumerator.
Thanks for the tidbit about the enumerator mark. I always wondered what those were.
