I Have No Cash in 1921

This is the signature that appears on a 1921 indigency claim from an Arkansas Confederate pension claim.

  2. I see T. A. Icenhower. Notice the "x"? I believe the person didn't know how to write, and likely the name was spelt phonetically, perhaps by someone else.

    There is a small "x" where the person made his mark.

    I am GUESSING that the clerk spelled the name phonetically-and that it probably is Eisenhower.
