The first name looks like Andy, now for his surname that's a hard one, maybe Mesorsik or Mesorsils.
By the other S'es in his name, it's obvious that he doesn't leave a tail after that letter, seems to be either Andy Mesorsik, using the German 'k' or Mesorsilk, same German 'k' at the end, but penned a different way.
It looks like Andy Mesorsik to me, too.
