    F.W. Warne.
    M.C. Minister [Methodist Church - maybe ??]
    He was a Methodist Minister officiating at Kensington in Cook County, but I'm still not sure of the correct name.

    Is it F.W. or A.W. Warne? I think the next line is M.E.(Methodist Episcopal) Minister.
