I think I am right about Azor :) In fact the census in 1860 Tunkhannock Pa has two Azor Stemples and the hand writing is almost identical to your photo LOL
I would never have guessed this one - cannot recall having seen this given name before. Having seen the card - all I can say is "one is never too old to learn something new".
