Who Died in Russia?

What is the name of the individual who is listed in this report of a death contained in Reports of Deaths of American Citizens Abroad, 1835-1974. 


The village I'm not certain on, but the name I think I have figured out.

    The town is Odessa. A reader pointed that out to me and I can't understand why I didn't see that at first ;-)

    Franz Knecker is it.

    Ancestry.com has indexed it as "Rucker," which is why I ran across it in the first place.
